All game selections are subject to change due to game availability, space or other circumstances.

Over the course of GOBfest events, photographs and videos will be taken by us and outside organizations, such as the local media. The resulting images will be used to promote the event online. While you are of course not required to pose for pictures or talk to any media, we cannot guarantee that you will not be in any images or background shots.

GOBfest takes your privacy seriously. GOBfest will never share, rent, or use your information for any reason other than for statistical purposes, unless you have provided your express permission for us to do so. Personal information is being collected under the authority of The Personal Information Protection Act, Statues of Alberta, 2003, Chapter P-6.5. It will be used in the administration and management of GOBfest. GOBfest uses a service provider based in the United States to collect, use, disclose or store personal information for or on behalf of the organization. During signup, we ask for certain optional demographic information. We use this information to help track our progress on meeting our objectives related to welcoming and reflecting the diversity of Alberta and the gaming community. We will not use this information for any other purpose.

GOBfest is dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable, and harassment-free event to all persons present. All attendees are expected to read and follow our 7 Rules for Playing Nice and in general to avoid any behaviour that may contribute to a negative, unsafe, or disrespectful atmosphere.
